I met Chad about 5 years ago while he was president of the Clinton/ Ionia Q.D.M.A. At one of the branch meetings, he explained about all the benefits a Conservation Reserve Program has to offer. I did some research and liked the concept. Chad did an outstanding job with the 66 acres I put into the program. He's very knowledgeable about the planting process and the numerous species of grasses and flowers. Throughout the implementation, Chad coordinated the proper scheduling for planting and stayed in constant contact with me and the Farm Services Association office.
I'm in my 3rd year with the prairie and couldn't be happier with the results. I'm astonished how quickly the pheasant, birds, butterflies, etc. have returned to the area. The deer love the refuge the high grasses supplies and it's a joy to walk the prairie when the flowers are in full bloom.

We have 80 acres in Muskegon County that we’ve decided to improve the habitat and plant food plots this year. After a lot of reading and research, we decided to have Stoney Creek Habitat handle the project. We couldn’t be more pleased with that decision. Chad is knowledgeable, helpful, and reliable.
